Every year just before the Chinese Lunar New Year,
Mission Hills has an Annual Staff Party.
In actual fact, it's not a party, but a concert
in which members of the staff are encouraged to take part.
Backstage it's a frenzy of preperations.
Many awards are presented.
This is Mr. Xiao. Employee of the Year.
It's cold, so you have to keep warm until show time.
But some just have to bear the brunt.
The Chairman arrives in good spirits.
And the show is on.
